Cleaning Spark Plugs, can they be re-used?

The price of NGK plugs is going up, this may make spark plugs a little less disposable to some teams. Reading spark plugs is one of the best tuning tools available to the skilled tuner, but when the tune is safe, is it ok to clean a fouled spark plug? Lets look and see if it can be done. This is an old school trick to extend the life of the spark plugs.
