Dennis, a personal chef and caterer, is carrying on the traditions of the Lowcountry by using the bounty of the land and sea to create his popular menu. After exploring the local Charleston community and learning a few key Gullah catchphrases, Jessica carries on the tradition of chef Dennis' West African ancestors by sharing a meal with his family.
