All of their slider sandwiches are served on Garlic Knots!! Brilliant!

In this episode I visit Hold My Knots located on 134 Broadway, Hillsdale, New Jersey. They specialize in Garlic Knot Sliders and it is to die for. At a very reasonable price of 3 for $9.95 you can mix and match your selection of meats. I got the shrimp parm, Chicken vodka and cheesesteak garlic knot sliders. My favorite is the shrimp parm but the star of the show is their garlic knots. Fresh, delicious, crunchy and garlicky. I definitely recommend this place.
