Pho + Hoagie = Phoagie Sandwich. Better than a Banh Mi?

In this episode I made a visit to the Middle Child located on 248 s 11th street Philadelphia. This eatery is in the Center City location of Philadelphia and they mainly specialize in sandwiches. Open mainly around brunch time and closing daily at 3pm. I was mainly interested in the Phoagie sandwich which is a twist on the Vietnamese Pho soup and a Hoagie sandwich. This phoagie is a vegetarian sandwich and uses eggplant as the main protein. This sandwich was great and refreshing. I enjoyed every single bite and the customer service was excellent. This place seems to be very popular among the medical staff and the locals. Be prepare to wait about 30min and orders must be online.
