On today's video I am combining the yummy Johnsonville Irish O'Garlic sausages we taste tested Tuesday and the Yorkshire pudding mix we got from Paul in the Uk to make Toad-in-the-Hole. This dish sounds very easy to make as quite hearty. We'll also make a quick onion gravy to serve over the top.

Here are the measurements for the US folks:
Batter:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 1/4c milk
salt and pepper to taste

Onion gravy:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onions finely sliced
1/2 tsp English mustard
2 1/4c beef broth
