Exploring Morgantown, West Virginia

When we first got to Morgantown we stopped at Coopers Rock to see what was left of the Sunset. Even though there wasn't a whole bunch of sun left but we got an incredible view of the river and Morgantown. The Next day we did the Clay Furnace Trail. Which was a slightly moderate trail leading to a clay furnace that was used in the 1850s. The hike was so beautiful with all of the leaves changing. I had personally never seen so many pinks.

After the hike, we had to hit up some breweries. So we went to Mountain State Brewery and had the most incredible pizza. The beer and sangria were really tasty as well. The pizza that we got is called The Yardsale. It is olive oil and garlic base with artichoke hearts, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, cracked black pepper, and fresh basil. That pizza was so delicious! We were so glad that we visited that brewery.
