Urban Mini Homes - Solution for modern tiny living - Cinematic showcase

Hello everyone, During my internship at ECO architecten in the Netherlands I've designed several things, one of which is a building facade for a modern living concept: the Urban Mini Homes. This video is the promovideo for this concept which I made in cooperation with ECO architecten, who've continuously helped me throughout the designing phase of this project and others. This concept strives to solve the housing crises around the world by using bio-based CLT to make linkable modules which measure about 4 by 12 meters. These modules can then be stacked on top of and besides one another, after which the balcony structures can be attached easily enough. This linkable module structure to the building makes it easy to prefabricate modules off-site and put the building together in a rapid pace, minimizing building time and cost.
