Wall Street is stealing Billions from pension funds. Pension funds have been chasing larger and larger returns, paying more and more fees to these hedge funds that are taking more and more risk.

Once upon a time these hedge funds took little risk, investing in ETFs and Index trackers like the S&P500, whereas now they've taken to shorting American companies into bankruptcy, taking on massive risk and leverage.

This is leading to the economy crashing and cratering, the BoE is warning major banks they need to keep more cash on hand as they will be taking on significant losses.
