I love the Lavapies neighbourhood in Madrid. It’s iconic, it’s proud, it’s down to earth, it’s historic. And it’s got a fantastic blend of traditional tapas bars and modern joints. Today we’re going to hit my 7 favourites - including a classic Madrid seafood bar for juicy prawns, a local hole in the wall that famous for a monster cheese sandwich, incredible wines, gorgeous octopus, modern tapas, knockout patatas bravas and more!
