Modi Nordic Leaders Summit Oslo

For the third time, Nordic leaders and India's Prime Minister met for the Nordic-Indian Summit.

The summit strengthens cooperation between our countries on green transition, digitalization, innovation, and trade. It provides closer political dialogue and opportunities for increased economic cooperation between the regions, said Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.

During the meeting, they discussed, among other issues, Russia's illegal war of aggression against Ukraine, the importance of international law and the UN Charter, energy security, economic security, and climate and environmental matters. The countries also agreed on a declaration to further strengthen cooperation.
