Owning your own holiday home or a place where you can plan your retirement, needs some looking after.
We will take great care of your property during the whole year.
Years of experience in the field of holiday homes has allowed the founders of Salento With Love to develop
the best packages of property management, offering the answers and solutions to all the questions and
situations that may arise from owning a property abroad.
We offer a transparent and full range of services keeping your property at the centre of our business.
Once enrolled in our Home to Home package:
We will run a full inspection report, set-up a yearly inspection report, a yearly costs report and a
personalized regular inspection card report.
For a fix yearly fee, Salento With Love will offer you the following services:
Emergency repairs (free call out)
Take delivery of goods
Keeping the outside of the property in good order
Collecting your mail and making it available online
Getting the property ready for your arrival (cleaning will be charged per hourly rate €14 + iva*)
Key holding and replacement (only charging for the replacement key)
Regular inspection, inside and outside of the property
Full maintenance report carried once a year with suggested improvements and costs.
Access to approved professionals (lawyers, architects, doctors & Specialist)
1 hour of consultation, advise & support included (€40 + iva per hour)

*We will charge a yearly fee according to the size of the property

Up to 100sqm 325 plus iva*
Up to 150sqm 349 plus iva*
Up to 200sqm 425 plus iva*
Above 200sqm quotation only
An additional 25% premium for property in the countryside (not in a town).
