Francine is forecasted to be a hurricane on landfall along the Louisiana coast and trends are being monitored for possible rapid intensification. If you're in the advised areas, please start implementing safety plans and monitor possible evacuation orders. Listen to all advisements, guidance, and orders from NHC/NOAA/SPC, and local/state/federal authorities.
Conditions will begin to rapidly deteriorate on Wednesday, do not wait until it's too late.
