The American Adventure: Britain's Abandoned Wild West Theme Park

In 1987, the UK saw the opening of the Wild West theme park, the American Adventure. With cowboys, saloons, mine train rollercoasters, log flumes, and live bison. A big step forward for the British theme park industry, but a park that through numerous missteps, ultimately ended up abandoned.
