In this particular case, I'm inclined to believe there are issues with the mechanical fuel injection pump seals. To verify, I'm going to increase the sample frequency and perhaps decrease the drain interval so that the fuel dilution issue can be monitored more closely and the engine better protected. As you can see, a simple oil change and analysis can provide very valuable information on the condition of your equipment. Large commercial fleets recognize this, but not so much so in the disposable automotive world. Sorry for the poor focus; the consequence of bad lighting and not having a studio quality HD camera.
