Radar Remote Breathing Monitoring of My Dog | Contactless Animal Respiration Demo

In this demo, I show contactless remote breathing monitoring of my dog, Snow, using radar from about 1.2 meters away.
The radar locks onto her breathing motion and estimates a respiration rate in the 30s BPM. During the demo, Snow moves, which causes the breathing signal to drop out temporarily. The system then waits and reacquires the breathing pattern once the motion settles.
That is actually an important part of the demo, because real-world radar vital-sign monitoring is not just about getting a clean waveform when the subject is perfectly still. It is also about handling motion, loss of lock, and reacquisition.
