How to Make Sourdough Pizza

Hi everyone! I think you'll agree with me -- PIZZA PARTIES ARE THE BEST! (Yes, even during quarantine!) If you know how to make sourdough bread, or even if you're just getting into it, you can easily transform that skill into AMAZING sourdough pizzas. Literally, the best pizzas I've ever made in my life.

The first day's steps are the same as making a sourdough loaf, via my sourdough recipe shown in this video: https://youtu.be/7-F2qZNOdNs

Making the pizza dough only changes when you take the dough out of the oven the next day: instead of baking it into a loaf, you separate it into 4 balls, shape them, and let them proof an additional 4-5 hours on the counter. Then shape them into your pizza crust, top them with whatever you'd like, then bake at 250 C/485 F for twelve minutes (flipping halfway through).
