Farm to Fork: Slow Roast Rabbit Recipe

Recipe for one rabbit (I used 2)
1 (3 pound) rabbit, cleaned and cut into pieces
1 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
4 teaspoons white sugar
1 onion
3/4 cup ketchup
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or use crock pot
I combine all ingredients and throw it in the crock pot for 3-4 hours or
Brown the rabbit in a skillet then place in baking dish
Combine ingredients and pour over the rabbit
Bake uncovered for 90 minutes or until meat is tender
All done!
