Cat Pose
Front view
Feet wide, hands on knees
Exhale, tuck chin to chest
Slowly round your back

Side view
Exhale into cat pose
Inhale back straight
Repeat
OR
Exhale into cat pose and hold the post for 2-3 breaths.
