A Behind-the-Sciences View of The Water Table App - Sparkling Waters from Around the World

This video is a quick, rough draft, behind-the-scenes view of my latest project at The Water Table. Since I’m on a quest to learn the stories and taste as many sparkling waters around the world as possible, I wanted to keep a record, a catalog, of the waters. So, I recently decided to create a web application that logs each water, links to places to purchase the water, links to a video of my tasting on YouTube, and shares other relevant and interesting information about each water. This video is where I am so far. It i s definitely a work in progress, so I thought I would share it and invite your feedback. What do you think? What other features would you like to see?

ABOUT ME

I cut all beverages except water over a decade ago due to chronic migraines. No coffee, no soda, no alcohol. What started as an elimination diet became a genuine fascination with the differences between waters — differences you start to notice when water is the only thing you drink.
