A 35 minute Yoga practice to loosen up your hips and soothe your lower back.

Love ’em or hate ’em, hip openers are so good for you, physically, mentally and energetically. The tighter our hips, the tighter the lower back.

This video will help to invite new spaciousness into the body. Our hips are filled with so much tension and stress. Think of the flight or fight response, whenever you're stressed or upset, we tense our glutes/hip area causing those emotions to get stored or trapped in the body. Stretching the hip area will cause a release and allow emotion to escape. Ahhhhh!
