Bakery Conveyor System Using Vertical Cooling Flow

Industrial bakeries often solve space limitations by moving production vertically instead of expanding horizontally.

This bakery conveyor system guides fresh bread through a multi-level stainless spiral before the products reach a rotating collection table. The controlled descent keeps spacing stable while extending cooling distance without increasing floor usage.

The conveyor flow appears simple, but timing is critical. At roughly 0.2–0.4 m/s, the movement reduces surface damage and helps release excess heat before handling or packaging begins.
