NATIONAL ELK REFUGE & JACKSON MERCANTILE / JACKSON HOLE TOWN SQUARE

Jackson Hole Wyoming was such an interesting place to explore. We had a blast just walking around downtown taking in the sights and sounds in Jackson square. Jackson town square has a very unique store called Jackson Mercantile it is full of amazing taxidermy. Jackson Hole (originally called Jackson's Hole by the mountain men) is a valley between the Teton Mountain Range and the Gros Ventre Range in Wyoming sitting near the border of Idaho.
The National Elk Refuge is a must do for any outdoor lover. The National Elk Refuge is a Wildlife Refuge located in Jackson Hole in the U.S. state of Wyoming. It was created in 1912 to protect habitat and provide sanctuary for one of the largest elk (also known as wapiti) herds on Earth.
