Hello, friends, today video is about
1) increasing our concentration
2) getting rid of laziness
3) and most importantly it is about spending more on the essential tasks and getting organized.
To overcome laziness a.k.a AALAS we must organize our work. And this can be done by using a simple 5 step method known as GTD (Getting things done) , a bestselling book by David Allen.
1) Capture:- Our mind is overloaded with useless thoughts. To remove these thoughts from our mind, we must write it down in any trusted source. It can be a diary, a mobile application like ever-note, etc.
2) Processing:- For every point in step number one. Ask a simple question from yourself. Is this work actionable? If your answer is no. Trash it or keep it in a reference folder. If your answer is yes and it will take less than 2 minutes. DO IT. If you need more than 2 minutes delegate it or wait for next step.
3) Organizing:- Organize your work by grouping it into different sections. Like by Time, Context or project.
4) Revise:- revise your list once a day or at least once a week.
5) Execute:- Finally DO THE DAMN THING. Now just execute the lists that you have from step number three.
If you can perform the above-said algorithm, there is no way you will ever feel lazy or unorganized in your work.
