Mission Abort | Cross Country to PEI | Part 2

I thought maybe I could sneak out under the clouds and I probably could have if it weren't for the headwind. I had just enough fuel on board for the flight even with a slight headwind but it was pushing 20 MPH and that was gonna be too much so I called it off.

Stall: 40 with the flaps up
Fuel capacity: 18.5 US gallons
Fuel burn: about 4.5 gallons per hour
