How To: Walking Over and Under

Target: Hips and Legs
Description: Stand with feet shoulder width apart, flex your right hip and knee and bring your thigh parallel to the floor. Swing your right hip to the outside as if stepping over a hurdle. Place your right foot on the ground shifting your bodyweight to it. Proceed to rotate your left leg in the same direction towards the inside as if stepping over the same hurdle. Pause briefly and continue with a step to the right like a lateral lunge. Go low and shift your weight to your right foot as if going under a hurdle. Follow with the left foot and stand up to mark completion. Repeat this process, tracing back the other direction. Perform for repetitions or for time.
