DREW BINSKY DOCUMENTARY (Border 197: Coming Soon)

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

I am thrilled to tell you that I will be making a 90 minute documentary called BORDER 197, which will be filmed from May 15 to mid-July during my final 6 countries of Palau, Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Ecuador, Venezuela and Jamaica.

This is a project that I've been wanting to create for 4 years, since I knew I was going to every country, and after pitching it around to some of the best documentary filmmakers, I teamed up with an awesome guy named Chris Wedding. He and another top-line cinematographer will be traveling with me as become one of the youngest people in history to visit every country.

This documentary will NOT be anything like my daily travel videos, nor a compilation of my travels. You've already seen that through my videos.

Instead, the film will take you behind the scenes of what it's really like to visit every country. It will be personal. You will hear from my family and close friends. It will discuss things that I don't ever tell you, like my severe anxiety. It will reflect on my biggest realizations/takeaways from crossing 197 borders. We will discuss how dedicated I am to work 15 hour days, 7 days a week for 3 straight years to create these videos, which have amassed 1.2 billion views. We will talk about how social media has not only allowed me to finance my trips, but it has let me connect with amazing locals (YOU GUYS) -- and how I rely on their generosity to introduce me to their homeland. We will dive deep into this 'every country' culture, as there are only ~ 200 people who have done it. And TONS more!
