How To DIY Remove Diesel Injector Fuel Return Line Connectors on a BMW - The Simple & Easy Way!!
In this video I go through the complete step by step process of removing the fuel return lines on a BMW 5 series N47 engine, these can be easily broke if done wrong and I have seen return line broken all too often when they are required to be removed for any related job.
The reason they needed to be removed in this case was due to replacement of a rocker cover / valve cover gasket on a BMW F10 F11 that had a major oil leak. The complete video is up on my channel which includes injector removal, tips to remove injector seals, fuel rail, fuel return lines, vacuum valve and steps to avoid problems with stuck components and breaking delicate parts.
