Aquí aprenderas ciertos conceptos y ciertas habilidades que hay que desarrollar, para convertirnos en verdaderos profesionales de la venta.

Según Perloff (1993), la persuasión sería aquella actividad por la que el emisor intenta suscitar un cambio en las actitudes, creencias y/o acciones del receptor -o receptores- a través de la transmisión de un determinado mensaje, que es susceptible de ser aceptado o rechazado por éste último.
Tomando en cuenta el aspecto psicológico dice acerca de la persuación lo siguiente:
Entendemos por persuasión como el proceso mediante el cual se emplean mensajes a los cuales se dota de argumentos que los apoyen, con el propósito de cambiar la actitud de una persona, provocando que haga, crea u opine cosas que originalmente no haría, crearía u opinaría.
