世界人權宣言說：人人有表達意見不受干擾的權利。然而對於國中生而言，容易誤以為自己想講什麼都可以，包含攻擊他人。 實際上，言論自由不應無限上綱，應不以影響他人其它權利的限制下進行。
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone has the right to express their opinions without interference. However, for junior high school students, it's easy to mistakenly believe that they can say whatever they want, including making hurtful remarks toward others. In reality, freedom of speech should not be boundless; it must be exercised within the limits that do not infringe upon the rights of others.
