TLC's 90 Day Fiancé has taken our small screens by storm since its 2014 debut. Chronicling the fascinating exploits of American citizens and their foreign fiancés who come to the States on K-1 visas, this series is totally built for drama. These are the biggest scandals to plague the show.

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé watched the rocky relationship between Colt and his Brazilian bride Larissa play out during the show's sixth season. In November 2018, according to Colt's since-deleted Instagram Stories, he explained that during an argument, he attempted to deactivate Larissa's phone, which led her to post a plea for help on social media. Shortly after, the cops showed up for Colt. But after a discussion with the couple, it was Larissa who was arrested. Colt declined to press charges.

In January 2019, it appears Larissa was arrested again, after another argument. When police arrived, officers noticed Colt had injuries, with one officer telling Us Weekly,

"He had a swollen lip, and his gums and teeth were bloodied."

When the authorities finally tracked Larissa down, she claimed that Colt had physically assaulted her. The officers, however, were unconvinced; she was taken into custody and held on $3,000 bail. Colt filed for divorce days later.
