Now the fastest way to create bingeability is running a series.

There are two types of series you can run.

Hard series and soft series.

A hard series has a finite number of episodes that you state upfront.

Chloe Shih did "30 Lessons Before 30" and went from 0 to a million followers in 4 months.

She numbered every video, so new viewers knew there were others waiting for them.

That's the power of a hard series — built-in searchability.

Now a soft series, on the other hand, has no numbers.

Just a consistent opening, topic, and format for every episode.

If you come across one of these videos and like it, you can fall into 20 more that all feel like episodes of the same show.

But here's the secret…

Most big creators aren't running hard numbered series.

They're running a soft series.

And that’s because numbering locks you into a daily grind most people can't sustain.

Hard series grow you faster, but they burn you out just as fast.

Soft series grow you slower, but they can last forever.

Most everyone watching this should be running a soft series.

One where they could make infinite episodes in their category that they actually enjoy making.
