Country Coach entry door repair..The BAD great door design @Motorhomesoftexas @briansrvvideos

2004 Country Coach Intrigue. The Avionics entry door seemed a good idea at the time...BUT...Definitely not the easiest thing to repair. A very bad hinge design makes it near impossible to access the hinges should they ever wear out...And they WILL !!! Being impossible to remove the hinges without removing the entire door frame assembly, Im going to show you what it took...and what I came up with to get our door back in its place.
