Kal routine miss hua tha… but aaj wapas aa gaya. That’s what real discipline looks like.
Leg day is one of the toughest workouts physically and mentally. Heavy movements, fatigue, pain, stamina — everything gets tested. But strong legs build a strong foundation.
Today’s focus was on: • Leg strength
• Muscle endurance
• Balance & stability
• Lower body power
• Mental toughness
Most people love training upper body, but real athletes know that lower body training improves overall performance, conditioning, posture, and strength.
This journey is teaching me one important thing: Missing one day doesn’t ruin progress.
Not coming back does.
Every hard workout builds more than muscle — it builds discipline, resilience, and confidence.
Day 6/90 💪
Back on track. Still locked in.
