Argentine Pulqui Soars Again
An old friend came to fly at Wawayanda again after too much time in the hangar. The 27" free-flight rubber-powered model of the I.Ae. 27 Pulqui I was flown on 6.12.24 at 7:30AM, following a beautiful sunrise a couple of hours earlier, though the air was still damp, but getting warmer. She remains one of my favorite flyers! Filmed by Tom Hallman with a Canon PowerShot SX20, and iPhones 11Pro & 14Pro. Music via the fine musicians at ArtList.io, who add life to my films.
Model is based on these formers. I built it directly over the 3-view. I don't have a completed plan available. The link includes photos from the bones stage along with the finished model:
