Description:

Brief warm up workshop (optional, you can participate or do your thing)

🕺Solo part. We will do some exercises to:
🔹Deepen the contact with ourselves,
🔹Feel better our bodies, emotions, mind,
🔹Set up a more mindful and focused state, get into the flow 🌊
🔹Develop deep listening of ourselves and true expression, feel our more authentic, true, natural movement and being style,
🔹Learn to notice our patterns and dissolve them to be more free, flowy, genuine, creative.

👫Then we will do some exercises to develop our contact and connection with others.

🌾Only for those who feel like contact, its not obligatory. You are welcome to be solo the whole jam.
You can also observe the jam, it can be a great contemplative practice.

👫Contact part of the workshop:
🔸Some basics of movement in contact, if needed, starting and finishing the contact, saying or showing gentle 'no', leading and following, touch, adjusting distance, styles.
🔸How to connect with others, remaining in a good connection with ourselves
🔸How to better feel the partner and flow together, build dance-communication, a little shared journey, listen and express needs.
🔸Learn to notice our patterns and dissolve them to get more free, flowy and genuine.
🔸Look a lil into how our movement, contact style reflects our overall style of living and relating

🌅And then there will be the jam, the space of free exploration, being, feeling, expressing, moving, living.

🌼Your boundaries are of most importance. Your 'no' is very welcome. This is Rule #0, the main rule.
