Does therapy actually work?

I posted a video called loving with major depressive disorder a while back. I’ve been going to therapy for depression and anxiety for a year and a half now, and a lot has changed. For the better. I am so thankful to be where I’m at and I want to share this message of hope and positivity with you all.
