A Creamy Dessert Drink - The COFFEE COCKTAIL!

Looking for a post dinner dessert drink but can't hack the caffeine? This creamy delight has fortified wine, brandy and a whole egg for an unctuous end to the evening.

30ml (1oz) ruby port
30ml (1oz) brandy
20ml (2/3oz) sugar syrup or vanilla syrup
1 whole egg
Nutmeg or cinnamon sugar to garnish

Double shake, double strain into a coupe and enjoy!
