The BRICS Summit continues for its third day in Kazan on Thursday, October 24. The programme includes a plenary session in the outreach/BRICS Plus format, bilateral meetings between Putin and the presidents of Mauritania, Lao PDR, Palestine, Bolivia, a press conference with the Russian president, and more. More than 20 world leaders and over 30 delegations have gathered for the 16th BRICS Summit, one of the major economic, political and cultural events of the decade.
