Automatic subtotal in MS Excel

Have you ever wanted to summarize the Excel data in different levels? Say Grand Total, Sub Total and then again Sub-Sub-Total?

This video will help you to understand how to get the sub total summary in different levels.

Excel has built in Sub Total function. Using which we can create a multi level summary of sub totals.

When you are performing the second level of subtotal, make sure that you are not deleting the first level subtotal.
