A guided walkthrough of the open-source repository for peer reviewers of manuscript TIST-2025-12-1243. We orient reviewers to the repository structure, demonstrate three verification paths (Colab notebooks, demo.py, validate.py), and walk through all 12 research questions and supplementary validations as they map to the paper.

Covers: repository layout and Colab badges, PCA high-dimensionality evidence (no scree elbow, 50 PCs = 56.9% variance), Experiment 1 baseline (RQ1-6, 58.6% mean accuracy, kappa = 0.99 judge panel), Experiment 2 improvements (RQ7-9, 71.5% combined best), Experiment 3 external validation (RQ10-12, human items at 69.6%, 100% retrieval hit rate), DSM-5 clinical alignment (98.2%), and knowledge graph triangulation (Mantel r = 0.66).
