Cap on your Paint Tube STUCK? Here’s how to avoid it.

Do your paint caps sometimes get stuck? And what about the screw-on lids on the jar of gesso? I have had this happen a lot until I discovered a way to avoid it from happening to me again. So In this quick video I’ll show you what you can do to prevent this from happening to you.

Cut a small piece of cling wrap/or plastic bag and put it between the cap and the paint tube or jar. It will act as a membrane between the lid and the tube and prevent the two from sticking together. Thin plastic is best - so cling wrap works very well. You can also use other thin plastic bags and cut them into small pieces.
