Proposal (brief):Rebkee Project Management LLC seeks a Special Use Permit to convert the former Mary Washington Hospital (2300 Fall Hill Ave.) into 242 multifamily units (adaptive reuse) within the Creative Maker District. Request: 43.53 units/acre on the main 5.56-acre parcel; adjacent parcels designated as open space. Mixed-use; approx. 280,000 sq ft building. (Case: SUP2507-0013)
