High Protein Malai Broccoli made easily in AirFryer 💪🥦

Broccoli Malai Tikka (Air Fryer)
Prep: 10–15 mins | Cook: 10–12 mins
Ingredients (Short)
Broccoli florets – 300 g
Hung curd – 200 g
Cashews – 10–12 (boiled)
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp (boiled)
Processed cheese – 50 g
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Green chilli, ginger, garlic
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Salt, black pepper, cardamom
Kasuri methi, chaat masala, black salt
Butter – as required
Method
Blanch broccoli in salted hot water for 4–5 mins. Cool in ice water, drain and pat dry.
Grind cashews, melon seeds, cheese, chilli, ginger, garlic, cream into a smooth paste.
Mix paste with hung curd, cornflour, spices, and butter to make marinade.
Coat broccoli well and rest for 10 mins.
Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 mins, turning once and brushing butter halfway.
Serve hot with mint chutney. Creamy & smoky 😍
