Dad with cancer surprised with song tribute on Father's Day

Lance has prostate cancer, so his family wanted to give him a memorable Father's Day surprise. They re-wrote the lyrics to "Seven Years" by Lukas Graham. He thought they just happened upon a performance by St. Frantic in downtown Baton Rouge. He was surprised when his daughter got on the mic to sing!
