1️⃣ Curtsy Stepping Lunge with Weight
2️⃣ Split Stance Squat with Hammer Curl – Right
3️⃣ Single Leg Split Hinge with Weight
4️⃣ Split Stance Squat with Bicep Curl – Left
5️⃣ Figure 8’s at the Chest

This one’s fun, functional, and fantastic for sculpting strength while improving alignment.
