Clinton State Park US-2332 CW/QRP POTA in Between Heavy Solar Flare Activity!

Hi folks,

Join me in Kansas at the Clinton Lake State Park, US-2332 as I do a CW (Morse code) Parks on the Air activation. This is a rather quick run of contacts. Once hunters noted my spot, it was game on until the very end. I was not sure how the radio propagation was going to react, due to solar flares that blocked radio communication for a couple days. In addition, there were a solar flares inbound that were to arrive later that night. I found a window to activate in and it was a lot of fun.

Quick note: if you wanna activate in Kansas State parks, you have to purchase a five dollar vehicle day pass. They have you put the receipt in the lower left windshield on the dash.
