When working on vehicles it is our responsibility to inspect that vehicle and make sure that we note any safety concerns. I see it all too often that rushed inspections happen for one reason or another. The inspection checks usually then consists of a very fast visual look around the car. This simply means the inspection was never done and the car will have missed items that required to notifiy the customer.
If you professionally work on vehicles and you do this, think about the consequences of your actions. If that car has an accident due to you not doing your job, what excuse will you have? I was rushed? The service advisor was pushing me hard? None of them will take responsibility for you and all the blame will lay on YOU. Take extra time and double check your work. It can literally save lives!!
