What Workout Program Should You Begin?

What is needed from any workout program you begin.

Milk Linear Gains and the concept of Progressive Overload if you're a Beginner or if you never have SQUEEZED that initial linear progression yet!

(Wendler's 5/3/1 and StrongLifts 5x5 Layouts basically being "The Wheel" when it comes to that!)
(I'd recommend either of those programs if you've never ran them)

Know your GOAL, DIRECTION, & CURRENT CAPABILITIES always in order to begin a program that is truly suited for you.
