WWI Christmas Truce - When the British and Germans Became Friends For a Day

This is one war story with heart that makes you appreciate the little things that bring people together. The British army were in their foxholes as bombs and gun shots rang out in the middle of a bitter cold winter fight with the Germans during WWI, 1914. But things were about to change, because the date was Dec 25th, Christmas, and on that day during the war, the Germans and British soldiers laid down their guns for a Christmas truce to celebrate the holiday together, before fighting resumed the next morning. Check out this crazy true military story!
