Excel Solve: Mealprep 101 II (Excel Esports DACH 2026, Round 1)

The Excel Esports DACH 2026 season kicked off with a case on Meal Prepping by Jean Wolleh. In this case, players calculated the number of macros, calories from macros, and the amount of time it took to burn off those calories through exercise. A fun data-driven case with real world implications (I should start doing this for my own planning!) This walkthrough will show you how to complete all of the levels and bonuses, and hopefully provide you with some strategies to use in your Excel Esports competitions (or maybe real-life work with Excel?).
